How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your ScanGenAI account and/or associated data, please send an email to hello@kingsleyabia.dev with the following information:

• Subject line: ScanGenAI Account Deletion Request
• Email address associated with your ScanGenAI account
• What you want deleted:
  • Your entire account and all associated data, or
  • Specific data only (e.g. usage history)

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Verify your identity using the email on file.
• Process your request within 7 business days (usually much sooner).
• Send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Data We Delete

Depending on your request, we can remove:

• Your account credentials and profile information
• Usage logs and analytics tied to your account

Note: Some anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement purposes but cannot be linked back to you.
